PEDES Studios Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from PEDES Studios, whether online or offline. By purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, regardless of whether you have read them or not. Your transaction constitutes acceptance of this policy in full.
1. Platform-Specific Overrides
PEDES Studios sells its products and services through various third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.). Where applicable, the refund and return policies of the specific platform used for the transaction will override this Refund Policy only in areas where there is a direct conflict. If any part of this policy does not contradict the platform’s terms, then that part remains in effect and applies to your purchase.
2. Offline Sales
For any and all offline sales (e.g. in-person events, markets, private sales, etc.), this entire Refund Policy is fully enforceable, regardless of whether the seller stated it verbally or in writing. Your purchase binds you to this policy.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
• You must request the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the product or service.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging (where applicable).
• Digital products or services must not have been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
PEDES Studios reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these criteria.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded.
• Services that have already been rendered or partially completed.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.
• Items marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”
5. Return Shipping
For physical goods:
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
• Items returned must be securely packaged and include your name and order details.
6. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
7. Disputes and Exceptions
