Pedes Studios Investor Information Sheet

To become an early Investor you need to complete each of these steps:

1. Start a Conversation : Email us at pedesstudios@gmail.com to notify us of your interest.

2. Invest a deposit of over £19.99 or choose one of our specific plans.

3. Sign the Investorial Contract

Congratulations, you are now an investor. The more money you put in the more comes out. You don't need to put more money in; your deposit will cover that! 

Remember, Investors have no power of decisions to do that

You could become a Shareholder; follow these steps:

1. Once you have become an investor, fill out the Shareholder Form and pay a £3 here: https://forms.gle/mGVW9xNnm2t9pnpb6 

2. Email us saying you completed the form

3. Once Accepted you will get an E-Contract.

4. Sign the Contract and become a Shareholder
